Emmanuel (Manu) holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from HEC Paris School of Management, France.

He began his career with Alcatel CIT in 1994 as a Technical Engineer where he was involved in the manufacturing process and control of optical repeater. Subsequently, he was attached to Alcatel-Submarine Networks (“ASN”) as System Engineer in 1996. He has held various positions at ASN and his last held position at the company as Head of APAC Marketing & Sales. Throughout his 23 years of service with ASN, his responsibilities include leading sales and marketing, engineering and finance functions. He later joined Samoa Submarine Cable Company Limited (“SSCC”) in 2016 as its Chief Executive Officer where his responsibilities involved defining a digital strategy for Samoa, including managing the operations of SSCC to build and operate Samoa’s telecommunications infrastructure.

In 2018 Manu became OMS Group’s Chief Executive Officer of the Subsea Telecommunications Division where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the Group’s Telecommunications Division’s strategic growth based on market trends and opportunities and the growing influence of OTT companies in the submarine cables industry.

Richard Sun Rui Zhe, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2010. He was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court in New South Wales, Australia in February 2012.

He joined OMS Group as Commercial Manager and was responsible for preparing project proposals, cost analysis, commercial contract negotiations and developing new business opportunities. In 2016, he was promoted to Head of Corporate Strategy and responsible for corporate planning, strategic partnerships and mergers, and acquisitions for the Group.

Richard was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer and Group Revenue Officer in 2019, where he was responsible for developing business strategies and plans that align with the Group’s business objectives, as well as developing customer relationships with the Group. Richard was later promoted to Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2022, responsible for supporting the Group Chief Executive Officer in formulating the Group’s business strategies and plans as well as managing the Group’s shared services division which includes budgeting, planning and legal functions.

A graduate in Accountancy from Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Polytechnic in 1999, became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2004 followed by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 2021.

Geaves began his career with Wee & Co as Audit Assistant in 1999 followed by BP Asia Pacific Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2004. It was here that he was promoted to Financial Accounting Accountant.

He was attached to Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd from 2005 to 2008, as its Accountant and implemented Plexus’ Enterprise Resources Planning system for 3 markets – Malaysia, China and the United States. From 2008 to 2011, he was the Head of Accounting at BMI Sdn Bhd.

He was with Pure Circle Sdn Bhd from 2011 to 2017 as its Finance Manager and was subsequently promoted to its Director of Group Reporting in 2014, leading the global reporting team. He was the Head, of Reporting & Consolidation with Acapalm Plantation Services Sdn Bhd from 2017 to 2018, responsible for management reporting for Malaysia and Indonesia.

He then moved to Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd as Assistant Director of Finance from 2018-2021, led and managed Mamee’s finance and accounting functions which include corporate reporting, cash flow management, tax, business reporting and budget control.

Geaves is OMS Group Chief Financial Officer since 2021 and is responsible for overseeing the overall accounting and finance functions of the Group.

Upon his graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Distributed Information Systems from the University of East London, United Kingdom, Rozaimy began his career with AT&T Corp as Project and Systems Engineer. Here, he held various positions at AT&T Corp, including Technical Manager in 1997, Project Director in 2000 and Regional Sales Director from 2003 to 2006.

From 2006, Rozaimy continued his career with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) as General Manager. He was promoted to COO of TM Global in 2010 where he led TM’s sales and marketing of its voice and data products. Upon the merger between TM Global and Domestic Wholesale business in 2012, Rozaimy was redesignated as EVP of TM Global but holds the portfolio as COO. As the COO of TM Global, he was responsible for TM’s wholesale business along with managing TM’s global offices, inclusive of TM’s joint venture companies.

He joined as Chief Executive Officer of ARSB and later was redesignated as Chief Executive Officer, Interconnect Managed Services Division, where he oversees the division’s operations and spearheads the business expansion activities internationally.
